 1. Promptly update the group on whatever tasks we are doing/ have done. 🕒

 2. Everyone must contribute; if we are not sure about something we have to ask each other 👫

 3. Everyone should have equal responsibilities. 👷

 4. Treat everyone with respect. Respect their opinion and do not ignore their suggestions. 👏
