ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  LEADER:  Isabelle

The leader should: 

-distribute the workload amongst group mates 

-makes an agenda for what needs to be done and guides the team on it

-confirms the conclusions and final decisions in a meeting before the scribe takes it down 

SCRIBE: Hannah

The scribe should: 

-take down notes during discussions

-compiles, summarises notes and distributes them 2 days from discussion time 

PHOTOGRAPHER: Hong Yi 

The photographer should: 

- take photos and videos that will be helpful for documentation

- helps in visual aids and aesthetics of the blog 

TIMEKEEPER: Hariz 

The Timekeeper should: 

- manage the deadlines for certain tasks

- helps leader to move the group through the agenda
